It’s been a while since I’ve gotten a new suit. Just about the same duration since I’ve had a really good reason to wear a suit, now that I think about it… My friend’s wedding, I believe – Dillon and Liz. Maybe I’ve had occasion since then… but frankly, I can’t think of one.

When I packed up ahead of my move to Dublin, I debated whether or not to bring any of the suits I had along with me… But, frankly and honestly, none of them fit quite right anymore. Maybe I’ve been more successful in the gym, or maybe less successful, but regardless of the reason none of them quite felt right anymore. Onto Facebook marketplace they went, and an empty closet in Dublin was left ready for a new centerpiece to the collection.

Thanks to Andrea, and another classmate of mine, I had a veritable powerhouse of style consultancy to help me find the next suit. We talked, discussed options, and reviewed my classmates suggestions from his own wedding. Then… we dove into the adventure.
